We are currently experiencing issues with search functionality in the UI of PracticeHub from our 3rd party search provider Algolia. This is causing any updates to your search database to not be reflected when searching, meaning any patients that are being created are unsearchable, and existing patients not being updated.
This is only affecting the actual search functionality in the header and on the calendar - to mitigate this we have reverted all accounts to our basic in-house search.
