As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the PracticeHub platform.
We will be applying the first stage of updates (as announced in our email last week) to our application as part of the continuous improvement as per our product roadmap.
To ensure the least impact possible across our international customers, we are performing this intervention during the time window when we typically have the least amount of usage.
During this maintenance window, the PracticeHub Platform may be inaccessible. Online booking & custom form links may also be inaccessible.
When the maintenance is complete, all services will be fully restored. There is no need for any action on your end.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will do our absolute best to perform this operation as quickly as possible. You can follow our progress on our status page. We'll send out another email the moment the maintenance is complete.
