Severely degraded performance and intermittent outages

At 638PM the PracticeHub application interface became non-responsive or severely degraded in its performance.

Between this initial time and 730PM we noticed significant traffic spikes to our database server an up to 7000% increase on our average load time.

At 730PM, we were able to resolve this and placed the DB server in emergency maintenance overnight.
